We all share the same imperfect environment and things like these just happen from time to time. The fastest way to get your product delivered is to submit a ticket through our support portal. What should you include?
1. The name of the product
2. Whether it was bought through xStreetSL website or inworld
3. The transaction number of the purchase
How to get the number?
1. If you purchased the product through xStreet, log into your account there, and on the top horizontal menu go to Shopping -> Purchases. Locate the correct item and copy the ID number.
2. In the case of inworld purchase, log into your account @ secondlife.com website. In the left side menu go to Account -> Transaction history.
In case you cannot find and provide the transaction number, we are unable to verify your purchase and unfortunately cannot redeliver the product. |
